We are staying with Justin's parents while we work on the house. We've made a lot of progress on our house, but have much more left to do. We are close to finalizing our carpet choice- once the carpet is installed, we will be able to move in. We can't wait!

The Big Move
After a lot of uncertainty, Justin and I finally closed on our new home on New Year's Eve. Although we have a lot of hard work in front of us, we are still breathing a sigh of relief that we were able to find a great tenant for our townhouse and successfully move to Fort Collins. We left a clean, new home for an older house that needs a lot of cleaning, fixing, and love. We are excited to be able to do most of the work ourselves (with a lot of help from our wonderful families) and transform our previously uncared for house into a place that we will be able to call home.

So happy for you ! Glad that the deal went through and you got the house. It will be nice for you to have family closer and have a yard for the boys to play in. Enjoy the hard work because you can make the house yours ! You will be exhausted--but it will certainly look nice when you are through !
